To upgrade to Tally.ERP 9 Release 5.0
1.     Download Tally.ERP 9 Release 5.0.
2.     Install Tally.ERP 9 Release 5.0 on your system.
3.     Backup your data before migrating to Tally.ERP 9 Release 5.0.
4.     Migrate or move your data to Tally.ERP 9 Release 5.0.
